About the project
For Goodman, ‘greatness’ is not a singular pursuit. Nor is it one that is easy to reach. But at Goodman, the vision is to make it a possibility for everyone by making space for it in everything they do. The strategy is about a need to commit to greatness – in its many forms – for the long-term with determination and drive, across their culture, customers and community.

Goodman's new positioning, ‘Making Space for Greatness’ became the theme for their 2018 Annual Report suite. Comprised of a Stakeholder Review and a Financial Annual Report, the report reflected on past year's successes and challenges, while looking to the future. In addition, the Annual Report suite doubles as a powerful marketing tool for the year to come. The solution – an editorial style report with impactful typography, colour and photography to communicate their new strategy to all stakeholders.

Goodman’s vision is to make greatness a possibility for everyone, by making space for it in everything they do. The Stakeholder Review elaborates on this vision with four case studies told through the lens of four personas – The Customer, The Future, The Team Player and The Changemaker – and reflects on what the future holds for each.
